Making a business travel reservation
Making travel arrangements is as easy as picking up the phone or sending an email.

Please familiarise yourself with the RCGP corporate travel policy before making any travel arrangements. When you book, you will need to specify the reason for travel, and give invoicing information such as directorate, budget manager and, if known, cost code.
Your budget manager or Forward Travel Management team will be able to provide guidance on policy restrictions.
Making reservations online
Only authorised RCGP travel bookers can make reservations online, through dedicated air and rail booking services:
When arranging self-booking air reservations, you will need to complete and submit a passenger profile for all frequent travellers.
Bookings can be made immediately as a “guest traveller”; but these may be indicated on the reservation page as being out of policy. The booking will be completed and confirmed online.
